Home tours are the perfect opportunity to visualize change! Whether you are looking to see how life would be in another neighborhood, or decorative ideas to spruce up and transform your current home. Here is a list of a few upcoming home tours for the Spring of 2017!
Sunday, February 12 10:00a.m to 4:00p.m
The Willo Historic District is putting on the 2017 Willo Historic Home Tour and Street Fair, located in Phoenix off of 3rd Avenue and W. Monte Vista Road. It is that time of year where the residents of this historic neighborhood put out their welcome mats and open their doors for visitors from around the valley. There will be a variety of homes on display, dating from the 1920’s to 1940’s, all-different in architectural style. Wear your walking shoes and enjoy the tree lined streets as you walk from home to home, or jump on one of the trolley rides that will be available to carry visitors throughout the neighborhood!
There will also be a street fair that will give a taste of local foods, goods, and artwork you don’t want to miss out on! For updates on vendors and news about the tour, don’t hesitate to visit their Facebook page.
Parking will be available at the parking garage located on 1st Avenue and Holly, along with any available location within the neighborhood!

30th Coronado Home Tour
Sunday, February 26 10:00a.m to 4:00p.m
Advance Purchase: $17 for adults
Day of Purchase: $20 for adults, $5 for ages 5-12, free for kids under 5 years old
Located at Coronado Park, off of 12th street in Phoenix, The Coronado Neighborhood Association puts on a great tour to check out some of the historically modern homes in the area. Visit a mix of architectural style homes in Coronado, mostly bungalow style, that were built over several years. Along with the home and garden tour, enjoy food and music at the lively street fair and peruse your dream cars at the Coronado Classic car and bicycle show! The street fair and car show are free for all, but don’t forget your wristband, to get you into the home tour, and your commemorative Coronado Neighborhood gift for purchasing your ticket.
Vehicle parking will be available anywhere in the Coronado residential neighborhood, they just ask you be courteous and not block any driveways! Riding your bike to the event is highly encouraged; several bike racks will be available throughout Coronado Park and every stop along the tour so you can safely secure your bike!

The wait is over; the Encanto-Palmcroft Historic Home Tour is back! What better way to spend a day out of the house than enjoying the history these houses have to offer? This tour will include several homes of different styles built between the 1920’s and 1930’s! In order to enjoy all the homes and get the full experience of the street fair, which includes multiple food venues and a beer garden, you will want to get there no later than noon. Wear your comfy shoes, so your feet don’t wear out, but incase they do the neighborhood has you covered! The streets will be lined with chairs so you can sit, relax, and soak in the enjoyment of the festivities! If walking isn’t your style there will be trolley rides available to cart visitors along the path. Along the way there will be more to set your sights on than just the beautiful houses, you may find yourself longing for the olden days as you pass a beautiful collection of historic automobiles!
The event will happen rain or shine, so don’t miss your chance to view these historic homes! Parking will be available at Encanto Park or anywhere in the neighborhood! Modern Phoenix Home Tour 2017

This year Modern Phoenix is celebrating its 13th year of award winning tours and events about Modern design in Central Arizona! Modern Phoenix Week will be filled with events starting on the 24th of March and going through the 2nd of April. The Modern Phoenix Home Tour is going to the “Gateway to Paradise Valley”, Paradise Gardens, and is scheduled to close out the Modern Phoenix Week’s event with a bang on April 2nd.
Modern Phoenix Week is bringing this year’s visitors to the explore the beautiful history of Paradise Gardens created by Al Beadle. Beadle was known for his work in advancing the theories of design in modernism and became a pioneer of desert modernism. You do not want to miss the opening of the doors to some of the most unique and livable homes in Arizona! Paradise Gardens is located between 32nd and 36th Street in Phoenix from Mountain View to Gold Dust.
